Like a heart to human, Hard Drive is an essential part of a whole computer. It is designed to store a great deal of data and programs for PC users so that those data can be used at a later time. Running a software program, sending and receiving e-mail and saving Word documents all require the data from the hard drive. As computer systems become more and more advanced, the roles that the hard drive plays have increased.
